About our school
Berean English Medium School, located in the heart of Mandwi, West Tripura is an un-aided private Minority school, established in the year 2004, owned and managed by a group of people as "Beream Welfare Society". Berean Education is to educate and bring up the younger generation by promoting academic excellence, its cultural and traditions aspects. The Committee Members were ambitious and with great determinations started the school that all the people of all tribes or colours may be educated and started the school on 10th January, 2004 on a thatch house after it was inaugurated by Rev. C. K. Debbarma, Executive Secretary, Sardar North Baptist Association with 36 students and 5 teachers. The first Principal was Mr. Nani Gopal Debbarma. The secretary was Dn. Budhi Debbarma & President was Dn. Indra Kumar Debbarma.
After some years back, the school Managing Committee faced crucial time to continue institution due to some critics from the neighbour and in financial to meet the essential things to construct building and teachers allowances. Therefore, the school Managing Committee ran to and fro for any kinds of in-aids from any kinds of government, but luckily a sum of money Rs. 5 lakh from O.N .G. C, Agartala in 2011 donate to construct two class rooms.
In spite of critics, Jealous and crucial time to manage the institution, the committee members take initial steps to confirm their ambitions. They united their hearts, minds and souls and put more labours with tears, sweats and therefore, they continue the school till today. They gave glory and honour to God who enable them to work these far and wonderful results.
Its objectives:
I. It aims to educate and bring up the younger generations from the remote area by promoting academic excellence, its cultural and tradition aspects.
II. To help the society through providing proper education to the people.
III. It also aims to bring spiritually and physically towards God.
